Cécile Viennet and Miguel Espada, whose respective families have been involved in construction and development in France for several generations, founded Garrigae Investissements.

Their concept is simple:  they not only develop high quality resorts, they then run them too.  This means they remain responsible for delivering quality homes and services in every development in which they become involved. 

Garrigae believes small is beautiful so each scheme retains its individuality and market attractiveness.  This is why each of their developments have sold well even through the current downturn:  Le Couvent d’Hérepian; Port Rive Gauche, Les Jardins de St Benoît, Les Templiers in Pézenas, Château de la Redorte and their latest project Domaine de la Mandoune.

Garrigae have twice won the prestigious Bentley International Property Award for Best French Development.
