Viewing Visit Programme & Costs

If you are interested in viewing a property with a view to buying, Garrigae have put together a package to make you most welcome, which includes three nights at one of their other projects at €60 per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis, nearly 50% off the normal rate. 

You will see the choice of properties available and be shown the local area.  All you need to do is organise your own flights to one of the 6 local regional airports.  Example Programme

Day 1

  • Check in
  • Preliminary meeting and discussions on property requirements/usages etc.
  • Evening at leisure

Day 2

  • Breakfast
  • Visit to properties of interest
  • Lunch in local restaurant and tour of the local area
  • Spa treatment or time by the pool
  • Evening at leasure

Day 3

  • Breakfast
  • Sale and Leaseback system and buying procedure explained / Question and answer session
  • Lunch
  • Meet with a Garrigae representative to review your property choices and options
  • Evening at leisure

Day 4

  • Breakfast
  • Further discussions on property purchase followed by lunch/ time by the pool
  • Leave for airport
