Interiors at Les Templiers are styled to evoke traditional French elegance, coupled with a modern twist and using high quality, traditional materials and craftsmanship. Our design team pays close attention to the quality of materials used, such as stoneware on floors, warm coloured wall rendering, wood, wrought iron, fabrics and linen.
Our kitchens are fully equipped and come with a dishwasher, multi-function oven various appliances – even down to cutlery and crockery! Our bathrooms are designed to combine tradition and modernity and come with an elegant vanity unit, electrical towel heater, Italian-style shower, stylised fixtures and a spacious bathtub.
All apartments also feature an LCD flat screen television with built-in DVD player as well as a JBO audio docking system, 8GB nano iPod and wireless Internet access. The end result is chic, calm and comfortable. There is also a laundry room available to owners and guests.
Management Company
Garrigae Resorts are the developer and operator and will provide a management company service to ensure the properties and amenities are well maintained and to provide a rental and resales services to owners.
Construction Guarantee
As is law in France, each property comes with a 10-year construction bond.
