Town houses
CampoReal's stylish, split level 3 and 4 bedroom town houses are designed with well proportioned rooms and quality interior fittings to create exciting and modern family living spaces. Premium 3 bedroom town houses and 4 bedroom villas come fully furnished and equipped to the highest standards, with air conditioning and a private pool.

Freehold Leaseback Properties - The Select Range
CampoReal has a range of fully managed and furnished Select apartments, townhouses and villas sold freehold on a 5 year leaseback basis. Your annual return is linked to the occupancy levels from a pool of Select properties (villas are pooled independently). Owners stay free of charge for 13 weeks each year in different seasons and the remaining weeks form part of a rental pool from which common costs, utilities (except telephone services) and fees for annual maintenance are deducted and the remaining amount shared between CampoReal and the Select owners. At the end of the lease term you can either extend the lease or reclaim the property for yourself as freehold.
 
Construction Guarantees
All properties at CampoReal come with a 10 year construction bond.
