At the heart of CampoReal is a five star hotel with indoor and two outdoor pools, a spa with eight treatment rooms, a gym, a kids club, three restaurants, two bars with terraces, two clay tennis courts, a tennis academy and resident tennis professional, a "short but characterful", Donald Steel designed 18 hole, Par 72 golf course, which opened in 2005, and a golf academy.

There is also an equestrian centre offering state of the art facilities for training competition horses, riding lessons with high calibre teachers and treks through the local Portuguese countryside.
