Eduardo Netto de Almeida, 54 (Executive Chairman and Principal Shareholder) has spent over 20 years working with local councils in Portugal as MD of an urban infrastructure and environmental engineering consultancy group (CESL Group), MD of Hotelagos (a tourism real estate developer, partly owned by the Intercity group) and founder and president of the Association of Portuguese Water Companies (AEPSA). He set up and managed Quinta do Fez, a successful residential development in Turcifal and then started CampoReal, making it the most successful integrated resort in Portugal outside the Algarve.

The quality of Orizon’s work in CampoReal has been recognised internationally with four awards. Now entering the 14th Year The International Property awards have been called the Oscars of the property industry. The aim is to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property related fields. These awards are truly global, with entrants allowed from any country. Award categories encompass estate agents, property developers, house builders, resorts, interior designers and many other areas of the residential property trade.
