Viewing Visit Programme & Costs

If you are interested in visiting CampoReal this summer with a view to buying CampoReal have put together a great package to make this possible.  Effective from June to October this year:

3-Day Property Viewing Visit

  • €180 per couple
  • 2 nights accommodation at the 5 star CampoReal Hotel on a B&B basis
  • Guided tour of the properties and the local area
  • Airport transfers included

4-Day Property Viewing Visit

  • €270 per couple
  • As above but 3 nights accommodation

We leave it to you to organise the most convenient and cost effective flights depending on your location in the UK or Ireland.  If you decide to purchase at CampoReal the full cost of your Viewing Visit will be refunded.

Example Programme

Day 1

  • Pick up from airport and transfer to CampoReal.  Check in to hotel
  • Preliminary meeting with sales team followed by lunch at the clubhouse
  • After lunch a tour of the property taking in the golf clubhouse, hotel,  restaurants and spa, golf course and equestrian centre
  • Evening at leisure

Day 2

  • After breakfast a tour of the local area and then view the properties that are of interest to you
  • Lunch at the Clubhouse
  • After lunch further discussions on buying property in Portugal, pricing and payment terms, useful contacts, general questions and answers etc
  • Evening at leisure

Day 3

  • After breakfast detailed viewing of property shortlist and to ask specific questions relating to the purchase of these properties
  • Lunch in the hotel or at the Clubhouse
  • Check out and transfer back to the airport
